Our policy lasts 7 days. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same brand new condition that you received it. Tags must be intact and attached. Items must be free of make-up and deodorant stains, free of perfumes or smells, free of pet hairs, unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way.
Clearance items are exempt from being returned.
Sale items are exempt from being returned.
Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which would be your packing slip that came with your order.
Refunds - ALL refunds will be in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the amount of your store credit, which will be applied to your Beautifully Modest Boutique account.
Store credit is available for 30 days from the date your return was accepted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2509 Lakeshore Drive, Cleburne, TX 76033.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2509 Lakeshore Drive, Cleburne, TX 76033.
You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs (except for defective items). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (store credit), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
